What You Can Do to Save Water

Georgia is facing the worst drought in the history of our state.  While we wait for rain, the only way we can help ensure that there is enough water to go around is by doing our part to conserve.  We cannot control the weather, but we can control how much water each one of us uses every day.  These pages provide assistance and links to guides on determining your water use and possible waste and tips on how you and your family can save more water.

Test Your WaterSense about Water Efficiency

"Which activity uses less water - a five-minute shower, or a full bath? "
"How can you test whether your toilet has a leak?"
"How much of the earth's water is available for human use?"

The answers may surprise you as you take EPA's new interactive quiz, "Test Your WaterSense." The quiz was created by EPA's WaterSense program and provides an entertaining way for both adults and children to learn more about why it is important to save water and how to be more water efficient in your home.
