The following water utilities offer customers incentives to replace their older, inefficient toilets:

- DeKalb County Department of Watershed Management
- Fayette County Water System

- Fulton County Department of Public Works

- City of Hapeville
- Henry County Water and Sewerage Authority

- City of Powder Springs

Free water saving devices
Some water utilities, like the ones listed below, give customers free water saving devices like leak detection tablets and high-efficiency showerheads. Contact your water utility company to find out if it can offer you some assistance with saving water.
Sales tax holiday for ENERGY STAR and WaterSense products
Annually, Georgians will have the opportunity to purchase products with the ENERGY STAR and WaterSense labels without paying state and local sales taxes.
